Autumn 8-Week MBSR Course
Grounded, Evidence-Based Mindfulness Practice
Step into a dedicated space for deep safety, clarity, and nervous system regulation. Taught in accordance with MTAI Standards of Practice and Jon Kabat-Zinn’s original UMass curriculum, this structured 8-week program offers down-to-earth tools to build lasting stress resilience. Spaces are kept small to foster a supported, grounded group experience.
